When installing the thunderbird extensions using an update server, isn't Lightning (inverse edition) supposed
to gather the TimeZone information from the SOGo server as well ?

If Lightning is manually installed ( that is, without the update server), the time zone is correctly detected. So - what could possibly be causing this change in TimeZone, when using the update server and the integrator extension to install lightning and the connector ?
