Hey Oliver,

in Thunderbird use Lightning and the CalDAV URL of your Calendar.
We´re using the Inverse Edition of Lightning and the SOGo Connector in 3.1.17 TB
which has some serious bugs (like not working deletion of events or moving events aftr creation) and dismiss of event notifications does not work either, thats annoing.

though you have a working CardDAV Implementation in your address book in TB and while inviting others to your private calendar event you can see if he´s busy or not, which we prefer instead of a good working lightning with TB 8/9.
instead the Connector and therefore the CardDAV Support is missing....

hope some more fixes will come soon!

Thanks for your fast reply!

What other possibibility do I have, to have a global (group) calender for many sogo webmail users. For thunderbird the webdav .ics calendars work fine but I have no idea for the webmail.

Best regards,

Is it a known limitation of the sogo webmail, that web calendars (.ics) are read only?

Yes, .ics are read-only subscriptions.
