I know what happens.... your Ubuntu installation is conflicting with the packages in our repo.
12.04 probably has the samba4 packages already.

What you could do remove everything that is related to samba, including libtalloc, libldb1, libldb1, etc and install our packages instead.

Note taht this is experimental anyway as our packages are meant for 11.10, not 12.04...
