I just find that the problem is only on the link in the address block (where are the from, to, subject, ... and the paper clip icon).
I had not seen that an icon is also at the end of the mail, in the body. And this link works !

Can you see why the two links don't work in the same way ?

Attachment mime types are provided by the sending email client in the email.
SOGo will not guess which it is, instead it will use the provided ones
for download/display.

So this depends on the sender to do it right.
