OK, i have found the problem.

There are a ' in the display name of ldap plug from the user.
When I delete it and after a refresh of sogo, the page appears.

It's a bug from the new version V3 of Sogo.

200 means the response from SOGo was a good one. Use your browser's debugger to see the content of this reponse.
