did you have a look at your mta's log? what did it tell you?
i think on the receiving mta you've got to make sure that is mapped to an accepted email addr. if your're using postfix, this could be done by means of ldap requests.
i do not know your ldap schema but i would suggest to trying something like
server_host =
server_port = 389
version = 3
search_base = dc=users,..
scope = sub
bind_dn = cn=..
bind_pw = ..

query_filter = (|(mail=%s)(email=%s)) # or the like
result_attribute = uid
or the like
(you could test this using postmap -q ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap/ which should return the uid or nothin in case of not found.)
and include a line
virtual_alias_maps = ldap:/etc/postfix/ldap/

Yes, this is normal because this email does not exist ( ).
I made other tests since my first message and this only occurs for Thunderbird.
From SOGo webmail, reply address is correct in my appointments notifications.
Is it possible that it comes from the ID that I use Thunderbird?

did you have a look at the logs of your incoming mta(s)?
i guess mails from the outside world are undeliverable because your incoming mta is not aware of and therefore rejects mails.

Sorry but I need explain about how SOGo determine reply address for appointment notification.
Authentification is set with LDAP bindFields = (uid, mail)
Example with these LDAP data :
uid = pdupont
The reply address shown in sent appointment notifications is , which is not exist.
With internal users, this is not a problem, reply are still correctly sent. But people from outside cannot answer.
I think I missed something. Thanks for your help.
