[SOGo] Force Change Password from first Login

I am have the SOGo webmail with OpenLdap.

And I  need to force an configuration:

Force the first login from a new user to change the password.

I believe that on the openldap side everything is ok,  

Can you help me by telling me what to do on the SOGo side?
