Thanks for your message, even if this is not our case (the affected users don’t have admin rights) it allows me to clarify that the senders of the meetings that disappear when our users accept them are not from our organization… We have had the issue with meetings from, and also with meetings sent from other corporate email systems.

I've had a similar issue. Sogo canceled meetings automatically. I'm not quite sure what caused the problem. I guess though, it was because one recieving recipient has been admin and had permission to change the sending calender.
Once I removed admin rights from the user, the issue stopped.

As we continue to test SOGo (with Outlook 2016 and EAS), it is happening to us that when accepting some meetings, the meeting vanishes from the calendar (the meeting is listed in the calendar as tentative when the invite is received, but after accepting the meeting is lost both from Outlook and from the SOGo web interface).


Have you seen this before? Is there something to change in the config files?
